Updates – Microsoft Ignite, Power BI Desktop & Others

Hallo Zusammen,

heute gebe ich euch ein kleines Update was es alles neues bei der Ignite gab und was es alles so neues in letzter Zeit gab. Zur gleichen Zeit gab es auch ein Power BI Desktop Update welches ich hier dann auch gleich nochmal vorstellen werde. Natürlich wie immer im Click Tip Style zum mitmachen und testen. Also lasst uns mal die Liste der Neuerungen rausholen und schauen was wir uns als erstes im Detail anschauen werden. Bevor ihr jedoch die Funktionen im Desktop nutzen könnt müsst ihr diese erst aktivieren (Click Tip).

  • SMART NARRATIVE VISUAL!? Bitte was? … ihr werdet überrascht sein wie praktisch das neue Feature ist! (Click Tip)
  • Drill through ist jetzt mit Kartenvisuals möglich (Click Tip)
  • OPTION MAINTAIN LAYER ORDER erleichtert uns nun das Leben enorm (Click Tip)
  • Total labels für gestapelte Visualisierungen (Click Tip)
  • “Analyze in Excel”-Funktion bietet jetzt eine Excel-Datei anstelle ODC-Datei (Click Tip)
  • Data source impact analysis ist eine super Ergänzung für die Abstammungsansicht (Linage viewe) in Power BI Service (Click Tip)
  • Beende das mühsame scrollen durch deine Workspaces wenn du einen Report veröffentlichen willst, mit der neuen Workspace-Suche! (Click Tip)
  • Direkt interagieren, teilen und starten Sie einen Chat auf Ihren PBI-Berichten/Dashboards über Microsoft Teams (Click Tip)
  • Q&A kann nun arithmetische Operationen durchführen und wir können auch den Berichtsautor auffordern, Begriffe zu definieren, die Q&A nicht versteht
  • Direkt auf das Power BI-Datenmodell (mit aktiviertem RLS) über eine Pivottabellenverbindung in Microsoft Excel zur Analyse zugreifen
  • Power BI Premium pro User kommt nun auch demnächst!
